I haven't heard anything about a lawsuit but I know Verizon announced late last year that they would be accepting phones from other carriers that they support. Yet if you call them they act like they are completely lost. I called Verizon customer service and they told me no, they would not connect a sprint phone. Then I called a store and the guy told me yes they would, but they did not know when they were going to start doing it and that it would be a voice only connection because they haven't figured out the data part yet.(His exact words.) So if I can get this thing working before they decide in the next year or two what the hell the are going to do I would be happy.
