Re: Android/Linux for CDMA Touch Pro 2 Rhodium Updated 4-20-2010

hello, i am new to all this but have followed all the steps & everything is working great that should be working. so a big thanks for all devs out there working on this!! i have one question about overclocking. each time that i complete the cmdline mod, during boot, no matter where i place the "acpuclock.oc_freq_khz=xxxxxx" (x's representing actual #'s). i used the thread link (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...2&postcount=11) & it says "This is the cmd line switch you need to add to the cmdline text in your startup.txt remember to add it before the keyboard entry". i have done this & put it in several other places but nothing but freezing up. i know that i am missing something but cant figure it out. i checked to make sure there arent to many spaces so the boot reads the info incorrectly. all info is copy & pasted into cmdline. need a bit of assistance. do i need to start a new line?

here is the STARTUP.TXT file i am using :

set RAMSIZE 0x6000000
set RAMADDR 0x10000000

set mtype 2292
set KERNEL zImage
set initrd initrd.gz

#pwf dm.txt 0x8e0000 0x20000

set cmdline "msmvkeyb_toggle=off gsensor_axis=2,1,3 lcd.density=240 htc_hw.force_cdma=1 acpuclock.oc_freq_khz=768000 physkeyboard=rhod500"

boot

is it in the wrong place? where should it be?

thanks again
