Last we heard, he had returned from vacation and would be back in touch, but then nothing for weeks. Of course he owes us nothing, and that is fine. Really buddy. But don't feel like you need to give this stupid response every time, there's nothing outrageous about the occassional asking of the question. He doesn't "owe" us anything, it would just be a courtesy to let us know that he's moved on, or that he hasn't and still intends to work on or support it further, but is sidetracked now. That's all.

I wish I COULD work on the file, but really I'm not that talented I'm afraid. That's why I have appreciated what he has done. And hope that everything is fine with him...
