Did That and it asked me to Either Hit Y for Factory Defaults or N to Continue, i have tried Both Ways , When i Hit N nothing Happens and takes me to the Blank Screen Where at that top it says SERIAL and on the Bottom it Says v2.02 and just sits there.

If it says serial it means that you have not connected your phone via the USB cable.

What I would suggest is to re-flash your device. You are not using Helmi's kitchen, so I would abandon the ROM you are using and build your own with Helmi's kitchen.
