Do you think they keep track of the claims that are started, but not actually submitted? If so, I'd imagine they'd get suspicious if I keep starting claims and then not ever actually filing any of them.

: So I came to this site yesterday because I managed to royally screw my phone up. Took it to the Sprint service repair center this morning and will be getting a TP2 tomorrow! It must be going to the warranty or something instead of Assurion though. I don't have to pay any sort of deductable.
No, it's the same claim. You just continue where you left off if the system shows you a TP. If it's only a TP, close the tab and try again later.
