Re: Which OS are you switching from for the EVO?

1st. Palm OS on my Centro (went through 2)
I loved the phone and the os but couldnt pass up getting a brand new TP for $180 and being put on the top of the waiting list by a friend that works in the corp office (not to mention getting 2 free months to help pay for it)

2nd WM 6.1 running Twisted Rom on my TP (went through 3)
I really loved this phone when i 1st got it. Nice 2.8in screen, real nice keyboard, skype and the other apps, and the ability to really customize it and make it your own phone.

3rd Blackberry OS 8350i (only had to buy 1)
This was on my Boost line (2nd line). I was never a big fan of Blackberry and still not but it was a much better phone then what Boost offered on there Iden line and i need a full qwerty.

4th WM 6.5 running Mighty Rom(and current) TP2 (only had to buy 1)
This is my current phone on my main line. After using the TP and its 2.8 screen and crappy speaker phone, this was like night and day. Everyone with a TP2 already knows about how great, and i mean great the keyboard is on this phone. This keyboard has set the bench mark in my book for phones period. The 1500mah battery combined with a great speaker and 3.6in tilt screen made my slingbox app really like a portable tv. This will go down as one of the best phones Ive owned. It will be missed to but like the rest of the phones on this list, not to far if ever needed.

5th Blackberry OS 8330 (only had to buy 1)
Well like i said before, im not much of a fan for Blacberries but this one like the other Blackberry is on my 2nd line thats now Boost CDMA. I originally had my TP on this line after i bought my TP2 but could never get the data to fully work after trying many different ##data work and the phone just showing its age and running slow. I need a fully qwerty for this line and wanted a phone that would give me little to know trouble so i went with it.
*Still in use*

The Evo will be my 3rd phone this yr and like the others, will probably pay full price and just let my upgrade sit pretty just in case Sprint releases another monster later this yr or for next yrs bad boy.

What can i say, I love my gadgets and treat them like woman treat shoes, im always buying them even when i dont really need them but just want them.

Ill save my break down on how much ive spent on new gadgets this yr alone for another time smh.
