I got the following message when trying to open the "voice recorder" after installing the cab:
""The file "recorder" cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate. or one oftis compnots cannot be found. Try reinstalling or restoring the file."

I tried to reinstall a few times with no success.
