flawless activation of my Touch Pro 2 on my Sero 500 plan today. Just called the Sero 800# which is: 18888824030 and asked to upgrade, had sero 500 plan since 2007, she advised me the only smartphone I could upgrade to with that plan was the Touch Pro 2. I previously had the HTC Mogul. She assured me that I could not do any android phone, as badly as I wanted to try one, oh well. I received my phone the next day, activated it online to avoid any difficulty I might run into over the phone, and all went flawlessly.
