Im having the same issue.. I can receive MMS messages just fine but I cant send them at all.. I have tried sending through Palm threaded SMS and I have tried sending through the arcsoft program as well as the outlook portion on my 6700 and nothing is going out.. They are all sitting in my out box.. Error message says, "Message Delivery Failed. Or Message Receipt Failed". This problem seems to be isolated to the PPC-6700 and its only affecting the sending of MMS..
