Install the attached cab and reboot, you will have your icon in the start menu you can then add it to a quicklink. Sorry it took so long. Sprint NAV is cooked in so you can't remove it sorry. You can disable the tab though buy going to Setting/Personalize/Home Screen Tabs and uncheck Sprint Navigation.

Sprint Navigation is on my phone, but "Remove programs" will not bring up Sprint Nav for me to remove it.
