No. As I said in the previous post it is going to be the successor of Sprint's HTC EVO 4G. There are still no details what kind of 4G radio it will have WiMAX or LTE, but people are inclined to assume at least initially it'll be the same as EVO - WiMAX radio and running on Sprint network.
This CPU will have 30% less power consumption and 1080p camcoder. The phone itself is rumored to be shipped with 1800mA battery. And it better be true, otherwise with 1.5Ghz dual core, 4.3" screen and 1080p graphics this phone will eat the battery faster than a fat kid can destroy a donut
