Same here, been with Sprint since the Toshiba 2032SP!!!!!!!
One time they got me so good.......they said I went over my kilobytes and my phone bill was literally like.....$900! Well after about 2 weeks of arguing and no phone service I paid them........then not even a day later they told me they made a mistake with my billing and they "overcharged" me.....crediting the $900something I just paid to my account, didn't even refund it! My bill was paid up for about a year!
