Tell the sprint rep that your on an everything plan and your telenav is coming up expired. Then tell them to call telenav so that they will renew your account, because they won't let you do it personally, it has to be a sprint rep. If they try to get you to do something else (i.e. hard reset, try to give you a cab to try) Tell them no it won't work. If the sprint rep calls telenav and just says renew this account you will be up and running within 5 min. The rep has the number to telenav.
