About 2 weeks ago I emailed support to get a SIM unlock for my replacement device and just ONE DAY LATER they asked me to pay a replacement SIM unlock fee. Fine. I paid. Then here goes the two week wait in which I still haven't got the unlocker. I've already came back from my trip, which I really needed the SIM unlock. Do they only reply fast (or at all) to tickets that will get cash in their pockets = =?
Sorry I don't mean to flame them but this is extremely frustrating considering i PAID (not DONATE, since it sure was a big topic back then). Anyhow, has anyone been using their ticketing support and actually got a reply recently?
