I've done this twice so far. My concern is that you have to submit the info. and the problem first, then they'll tell you what they're replacing it with.

Do you think they keep track of the claims that are started, but not actually submitted? If so, I'd imagine they'd get suspicious if I keep starting claims and then not ever actually filing any of them.

What do you think?

: So I came to this site yesterday because I managed to royally screw my phone up. Took it to the Sprint service repair center this morning and will be getting a TP2 tomorrow! It must be going to the warranty or something instead of Assurion though. I don't have to pay any sort of deductable.
