1) I've attached the files below that need to be included in the common\base_dpi_192 folder when cooking the rom. As is, if the today theme is changed to anything else then all of the buttons on home screen, arrows, checkboxes, etc. are missing. Adding these files makes changing themes possible.
I simply copied all of these to my windows folder in your previous rom and that works too.
2) A CAB for the HTC Menu Enhancement would be appreciated. I've tried a few I've found online, but they don't work.
