Notice that you are new. Your phone must be unlocked prior to flashing a custom ROM. See this thread: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=93252
EDIT: Sorry, didn't notice that you were on O2. MightyROM is for CDMA only and WILL NOT WORK on GSM.
