Noticed that one of my full screen applications now had a vertical scrollbar on the right side of the screen that was covering up my application. What my app needed was either no vertical scrollbar or give me a horizontal one. I ended up removing my vertical scroll bar, as for most items I just use my finger to move the screen around.
I used the following registry hack and changed cxVScr and cyVscr to 0. It has removed my vertical scrollbar and I can now see my entire app. Use at own risk.
