It is the Employee Value Program it is run by a third party company, separate from sprint. I am pretty sure if you get a corporate discount though your employer then you qualify. Check it out here:

Sorry it's not for the general public, your company has to qualify with sprint. I am not a rep and I am new to the program as well. I just entered my work e-mail and I qualified.

Call the one 1-800 and speak to them. I just found out about it a few weeks ago but my buddy Darkness231 here has been using them for a while.
