Yes but the instructions said to only use Task29 IF you know how to manually put your device in bootloader mode. Its not sounding like thats the case. SO first off were you able to extract or unzip the ROM? IF not that requires a program like 7-zip:

Secondly to put the device in bootloader take the battery cover off (while the device is on) hold down the power button and volume down and press the reset with the stylus. Continue to hold down the power and volume down until you get the color bands. Once you see the bands and the files are extracted you should be able to flash provided your device is unlocked.
