it depends on what you are looking for honestly
if you are looking for stock like rom (minus the issues) go with dutty. If you are looking for soemthing packed, try nrgz or some other roms. Take a look in the hd2 upgrades area to see compatible roms for your us tmobile touch hd2
also use hardspl to ensure you can flash these roms
