I figured out the correct path, though it brings up a slightly different version of Contacts than it does from the dialer when you hit all People. Personally, I like this version better, though it is missing the back button. The path to put under "HomeLSKPath" is \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Outlook\Contacts.lnk
