sure it definitely is probably possible, but most developers wouldn't want to waste their time doing this. Honestly the person who could do this should definitely be developing apps as there is so much potential for android apps and just not enough developers. Personally i could think of 5 great apps at least but i have no clue how to become a developer, its not easy.
