The GPS is on and working, so it's not like it doesn't know where I am.
I suspect I messed up a registry key along the way and I 'm not sure on how to get it back. I had problems with the weather not updating "My Location" and tried changing some of the Manila Weather keys.

The weather registry keys in HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila\

Could someone post their settings for the keys that start with "Weather"?

Weather_Focus <United States>
Weather_DisableRandomAccess <0>
Weather.ServerURLOverride <http://weather.not2advanced.com/htcwe>
Weather.PostFirstRun <1>
Weather.HasMyLocation <1>
Weather.EnableCurrentLocation <201326592>
Weather.CurrentCity <0>
Weather.CurLocInfoEng <blank>
Weather.CurLocInfo <blank>

I did change CurLocInfo to "hi" and now it shows "hi" on the home page instead of "My Location", but I liked it better when it gave the actual city name, Maize or Goddard or wherever I was at the current time.
Here are my settings

Weather_Focus <United States>
Weather_DisableRandomAccess <0>

The entry below doesn't exist on my phone
Weather.ServerURLOverride< http://weather.not2advanced.com/htcwe>

Weather.PostFirstRun <1>

The entry below doesn't exist on my phone
Weather.HasMyLocation <1>

Weather.EnableCurrentLocation <1>
Weather.CurrentCity <0>
Weather.CurLocInfoEng <It is a long binary value. Many rows and columns. I am unable to copy it.>
Weather.CurLocInfo <Ross&bOhio&bUnited States&b39.321819&b-84.632706&bUS&b>

Hope this helps.
