hey guys, fixed the hardspl issue, to anyone that is having issues where the spl will display error or not connecting i would suggest you look into your running services and disable and anti virus's you are running closing them in task manager will not work, you must must manually type into the run box 'services.msc' find click stop on the running process's reboot and then once that is done, hardspl should be able to run without a problem!
