In theory it is possible to flash the Evo to VZW but likely won't happen
and flashing it to another network isn't illegal its just hard to do, now cloning an ESN (which i think i read someone mention) is illegal and because it is that's all i'm saying about it.... all fear the BanHammer!

not that i've heard of, and my brother who just started at a VZW call center mentioned the phrase "closed network" when I mentioned we were talking about this on here, so much for all the "open" talk a few years ago
