Every TP2 or phone for that matter will have a different feel...I for one just got a replacement TP2 a week ago and notice the power button at the top is different from my original TP2. Over time of the device I'm betting HTC updates parts, improves hardware etc...but it's nothing major...Any device out there usually will have 1-5 revisions in its lifetime, meaning it will go through some changes, hardware and internal parts swap for more reliable parts etc.

The phone itself speed wise should be any different....
