The arkswitch in the exlusion list is simply in the wrong path. It is listed in the windows folder instead of the program files folder. That is why removing and re-adding it fixes it.

I actually have chosen to disable Amiba completely for now (set service to manual). Nothing wrong with it, but I did not feel I needed it.
