I was beginning to think I was the only one who got those errors. I get this from time to time when flashing. VRZ is going to get tired of me calling in to reset my phone. I ended up with tech support last night. I noticed after a fresh flash and provisioning, I got the authenticate error. He gave me my Authentication Key. I had to enter it manually via ##778.
It seems when running the provisioning cab or running provisioning from *228, the Authentication key isn't making it to the phone. After a manual entry, I'm good to go.
