i have the same problem with my ps3. the ps3 doesnt connect to an ad hoc connection. what you would need to do is feed the internet connection from your phone using wmwifirouter(version .91 is free) into your physical wifi router. the router will then feed the phone internet to everything else. it should work. do some search on how to feed your phone internet to your router using wmwifirouter. i have post the procedure in the past but simply too lazy to search for it now.
