fyi i owned the mogul since the day it was released up to the date the touch was released and the touch since then. So extensive use of both devices.

Yes, I agree, the thing that will severly limit the product life of the Titan is memory. And, for me, the still mediocre BT means my Mogul has gone on the shelf and will likely be traded for a Treo 800w.
And it's a shame, because I love the form factor and build quality of the Titan (IMO, it's better than my Touch, which does creak).
