I had one but ended up trying to take it back only to get it exchanged for a new one. The new one was still disappointing. My brother wanted it so he gave it a try and ended up getting them to exchange it for a Plantronics. Nothing has really come close to the original Jawbone from my experience. I still use the Jawbone and also a Plantronics Voyager Pro. I would like to try the newest Jawbone to see if they got back to the original in terms of performance with better ear loop system.
