the only strange thing I see, but I'm not sure if its wrong is after I flash the recovery, it very quickly gives me a line saying
::flash_image recovery-RA-heroc-v1.6.2-blue.img
::usage: flash_image partition file

put it back stock and turn the sucker in for a replacement. NEVER flash a RUU in the future.
