You can find some colored notifications
HERE for the bar.
I haven't spent much time making any, as in the next release we will have full size quicklink notifications and I am making icons for those instead.
But I have done the battery, lock icon, and page tab blocks.
I suppose I could skin a few notifications also, as they share the same image file as the images I just mentioned.
And you cant install one and then the other, as they are the same file.
I have a set to match the black Bilbo style taskbar that I use and like.
