On Monday I was in the alltel store to pay my bill and I asked to look at the "Touch." As I looked at the device info I noticed considerable differences between it and our beloved 6700's. I am running helmi's 20071217 wm6 rom with a 1 gb memory card. The only other programs that I have installed our weatherpanel because everything else that I needed was essentially cooked into my rom. Nonetheless, here are the differences as follows:
6700: touch:
Rom - Helmi's 3.60.70 WWE (OS 5.2.190
Rom - (OS 5.2.160
PRL - 30029 PRL - 30008
PRI - 1.06_11 PRI - 1.33_011
radio - 1.43 Radio - 2.26.00
Speed - 416 mhz Speed - 400 mhz
The only major difference is that on the touch- the memory is phenomenal. The memory is 170 mb's of program memory and 148 or something like that in storage memory.
My question is: is there any way possible to extract the radio from the touch so that our 6700's will run even faster ???
Is there any way to upgrade our PRI???
