Tips, Tricks and Cabs:


1. Updating ROM:

Make sure you backup all your files(contacts, calendar etc.) using Active Sync.

If you have already backed-up everything, you don't need to re-sync your phone to Active Sync.

i. Simply just hold the Camera(side) button and Power button, you will get the boot loader window.
ii. Connect USB cable and run ROMUpdateUtility.exe.

2. Install carrier cabs files from EXTROM

1. If you have Resco Explorer, navigate to 'Root' directory by pressing the ‘Up’ button
2. Select ‘Extended_Rom’ and then ‘Packages’ folder
3. Open ‘Cap_01_SPRINT_TREOPRO.pxp’ with ZipView
4. Install the cabs you want.
