What consumers need to appreciate is that Google didn't pass the buck until they exhausted everything on their side. Some companies don't bother addressing an issue until other parties (TMobile or HTC) provides proof the issue is not on their side.

basically..I mean what more do you want them to do...build more towers for t mobile? its obviously not a google issuesince other phones have the same issue on their network. ive seen it first hand with the hd2
