Added: Percentage for each process and others.
Added: Under Menu, a Refresh item is available to refresh the current processes list.
Added: Under Settings, toggle Animation on/off.
Added: Under Settings, toggle confirmation on Close All on/off.
Modified: Smoother scrolling effect.
