I have had some issues with pic mail, but nothing more than before the upgrade. A lot of times it takes 4-5 times to send, sometimes have to kill the data connection and then retry. Also incoming picmail comes in as if you are viewing it on a desktop. There is a fix for that somewhere, because the 6700's with aku 3.x had this issue also
