this happened to me and i got a letter from sprint stating that my information was sold.... i have over 50,000 woth of phones and devices shipped out without being notified and than on top of it they were all to different states and some after the highest level fraud alert was placed. they stated a random name called and made the changes and knew all the info. the best thing to do is start with changing your online password, your voicemail password, and your security information through sprint..... you may have to fight to have them cover the charges but dont give u and ask for escalated if needed. good luck and let me know if you need some more details i got you
