Guys I need help....I been trying to change the flamerise background and manila background for over 6 months. I've asked several member about it but didn't quite get it.

I have WinCE thought I changed it but Flamerise won't go away. I would like to change my startmenu background and the manila background in the kitchen so when the rom is cooked...my new background will be there. Please give easy instructions
