An important update on my claim.
Today I went to a sprint store, showed it to them and the guy gave me a card to call Asurion, nothing was done at the store.
I went back on the Asurion website today and refiled my claim, this time instead of only offering a blackberry, it only offered a HTC 7380 (aka touch pro 2) so I quickly paid the $100 deductible and its on its way
Moral of the story : If you don't get the TP2 as an option from the insurance website, try again tomorrow.
