Not buying HTC is a good way to show them that you do not accept this. The power of free market lies in exactly that. If you are unhappy with a product dont use it.
I only really see HTC getting more popular especially with them looking like the main Android hardware maker so its going to be tough to avoid HTC. I must say I am glad this isnt as big an issue for me as I go back to playing with my Mogul and its newly activated Rev A data and GPS.
Now if I can just get a mogul with a good screen!
