So if you dont wanna install a cab or if you have a list of regedits you can add too I think the red edit to fix this is
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\
ShowReplyAllEmail ->dword:0
ShowReplyAllEmailSK1 >dword:0
In this rom the ShowReplyAllEmailSK1 seems to be all you need to set but i set them both to make sure.
