2nd You got waze to find your gps? I could never get it to actually connect to the phones GPS however while i had the program open it did seem slow an laggy.
1st: well if that's normal then I guess I can rest it ease. Maybe I'm just experiencing a "memory" problem of my own there.

2nd: Yes, I've been using Waze as a fully-functioning GPS! I think it has trouble reading satellites from a "cold start," so to speak. What I've been doing is running QuickGPS and downloading satellites right before running Waze (even if I've got a good five days before the data expires). I don't know if it's a coincidence or what, but Waze works fine for me after that.
