Here are screenshots of Energy.HERMAN.23563.Sense2.5.Cookie.HomeTab.Apr.21 . The only way I could get two rows of quicklinks is to hide the slider bar. I hope these help. (They are out of order. The landscape screenshot goes with the first one.)
