I restarted my PC and then reconnected my Touch, which at least allowed me to sync. Though when I opened WMDC I did not see my phone but rather an error. I also could not access any of my sync settings. So I unplugged my Touch from the USB connection and deleted the partnership on my PC. I then plugged the Touch back into USB and I still get an error with WMDC.

I guess now I need to uninstall WMDC and reinstall that, to start over from scratch on the PC side. If that does not work, I will try it with my laptop, which dual boots XP Media Center Edition and Vista Premium.
