I have not had a problem at all syncing my Touch with my Vista Business PC at work, or with my Vista Premium PC at home. I was thinking that it might help if you removed the Sync Partnership from your Vista PC to your Touch and opened WMDC to give you step by step directions. And damned if my Touch was no longer syncing correctly either...

WMDC shows my Touch not synced, hasn't since 1/18/2008. But I can access it through My Computer and can install applications via USB from the PC. Very strange.
