It would not fully boot, just get to the "Touch Diamond" screen, then the red letters would show up at the bottom of the screen, then a couple seconds later the process would start again.
I took it off the charger and removed the battery, but couldn't get the phone to come on (assuming dead battery). Phone is currently charging with a different charger (just in case) so I'll repost when I know anything more.

Phone charged up fine from computer USB, seems to be working fine now, no excessive battery drain. I'll report back with anything new.
