Connect the phone to ur PC and way til it says ***Connected***// After u see that ActiveSync recognized the device.. open the unlocker.. it takes less than 60 seconds to unlock and is done automatically. YOU HAVE TO HAVE ACTIVESYNC INSTALLED AND IT HAS TO RECOGNIZE THE PHONE.
